5. DO NOT TRACK

8. AGE OF CONSENT
Lee Quinones takes special care to protect the privacy needs of children under the age of 13 and we encourage parents to be an active participant in their child’s online activities. Lee Quinones abides by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant laws. The Site does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 13, and Lee Quinones LLC will not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information directly from them. If Lee Quinones, LLC discovers that a child has provided personal data directly through the Site, Lee Quinones LLC will eliminate that data. This Site is only intended for persons 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 you must ask a parent or legal guardian for permission prior to submitting any information to this Site.
If you have knowledge that a child 13 years of age or younger has submitted Personally Identifiable Information to us, please contact us and we will delete the PII information collected belonging to that child. Parents and guardians can also email us at studio@leequinones.com, but before any information is disclosed, the parent will be required to provide the parent's name and email address for verification. We will only send the information to the parent email address in the registration file.

Lee Quinones fully complies with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. You can always opt out of receipt of further email correspondence from us.
10. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Under Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can obtain certain information from companies with whom they have an established business relationship. That information is about the Personally Identifiable Information those companies have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. 11. YOUR NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Nevada law (SB 220), permits customers in Nevada to opt-out of the sale of certain kinds of personal information. A sale under Nevada law is the transfer of this personal information to third parties for monetary consideration so these third parties can then re-sell or license the sold information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties as defined in Nevada law. 12. ACCESSING/UPDATING INFORMATION
Once you are a registered user of the Site, you may access and change certain information we have collected about you by going to the "My Account" function after signing into your account on the mobile application.
13. AMENDMENTS
Lee Quinones LLC reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion with or without notice. Any revisions are effective immediately once posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site shall indicate your acceptance of the revision. Revisions to the Privacy Policy regarding the use of Personally Identifiable Information are not retroactive.

Lee Quinones studio will review submitted information and if we approve your request, we will prepare a written license agreement. The studio requires copies of the item(s) with the reproduction, and in some cases, high-resolution image(s) of the work(s) in exchange for permission to reproduce.
Please note that if permission for reproduction is granted, the image(s) of the licensed work(s) must be shown in its entirety without cropping, overwriting, bleeding or distortion or any other alteration, unless prior written approval from the studio is delivered to the Licensee.
Details may be published for educational purposes; however, they must be labeled as such and a reproduction of the work in its entirety must be published within the publication as well.
In addition, the cover design, details, labeling, credit line, color proofs of works for which an image is provided by the studio must be submitted to the studio for final approval prior to publication. The same restrictions apply if a third party provides the image.
